Accurate at low volumes
µAir cuts the dead air space between the piston and the tip. That gap is where most of the error comes from when you work below 10 µl.

Pharma and quality control
Control analysis, dilutions, stability sampling and routine QC. When your method is validated, a pipetting error becomes a deviation you have to write up. Being able to recalibrate in the lab that day matters more than the certificate that came in the box.
Clinical diagnostics
ELISA, immunology, sample aliquoting and packing diagnostic kits. LILPETS is a small, low cost fixed volume pipette with a two step plunger, made for kit assembly where the same volume is repeated thousands of times.

Accuracy and CV limits follow DIN EN ISO 8655-2 and are based on the nominal capacity marked on the pipette. Every unit is calibrated to ISO 8655 in our own ISO 17025 accredited lab, and the certificate is in the box.

Yes, in your own lab. UniCal is a patented mechanism that lets you calibrate in one step, without pulling the digits off the plunger. You do not need a separate tool and you do not have to send the pipette away. Each one arrives already calibrated to ISO 8655 with its certificate in the box. If you use it regularly, recalibrate every six months.
Yes. The whole pipette autoclaves at 121°C and 15 psi for 15 to 20 minutes. You do not need a second set kept aside for sterile work.
The tip cone is a universal fit and works with most standard tips sold worldwide, so you can keep your current tip supplier. We also make our own ProTip range if you want them from us. ProTip comes in MICRO up to 1000 µl and MACRO up to 10 ml, in plain and filtered versions, tested free of detectable RNase, DNase, DNA and PCR inhibitors, and non pyrogenic.
Micropipettes are CE marked, and AQUA has its own CE certificate. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14001, and hold a CDSCO licence to sell medical devices. Calibration is done to ISO 8655 in our own ISO 17025 accredited lab. Every certificate is on our certificates page.
NERO and RAMBO variable models cover 0.2 µl to 10 ml across nine bands. Pick the narrowest band that covers your working volume, because that gives you the best accuracy. At 10 µl, NRO-10 is rated ±1% accuracy and ±0.5% CV. From 100 µl up, the range holds ±0.6% accuracy and ±0.2% CV. Tell us your volume on the form and we will name the model.
NERO for general manual work. RAMBO if people pipette for long stretches, because the plunger takes 3 to 5 N on the first step and 10 to 14 N on the second. AQUA if you work with plates, in single channel, 8 or 12 channel, or 4 to 12 channel with adjustable spacing. LILPETS for packing diagnostic kits at a fixed volume.
Yes. We hold NSIC and UDYAM registration and a ZED Gold rating, which are the documents usually asked for in Indian government and institutional tenders. Send us your enquiry and we will confirm the process for your organisation.
